Privacy Policy

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally Identifiable Information’ (PII) is being used online. PII, as described in US privacy law and information security, is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.

Lead Generation Privacy Policy Procedure

Any social ad campaign on Facebook or LinkedIn MUST have a privacy policy page on their website in order to run a lead generation objective. There are no exceptions. When setting up the campaign in Facebook or LinkedIn’s campaign managers, it will ask you to enter the privacy policy page URL. Search the client’s website for a privacy policy page. This can usually be found in the footer of the website. If one does not exist, then we need to switch the objective to Traffic to launch the campaign. Then you must send a Fulfillment Assumption Support Ticket alerting the account managers that we have changed the objective.

To get a privacy policy page added, the client must fill out the red highlighted areas in the template below. If they have a LocalEdge built site, then we need to instruct them to fill out the template below and then our website team can add it to the site. If they do not have a LocalEdge built site, then we need to instruct them to fill out the template below and have their webmaster add it to their site.
