As the acute care environment changes, sending patients home quickly since Insurance and Medicare cover less, more and more individuals are forced to enter a Skilled Nursing Facility to recover. Caring People has a team of Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, skilled in the most up to date procedures so you can recover safely in the familiar environment of your home.
Specialty Programs
Medication Management Program
Caring People has developed a monthly Medication Management Program for individuals who need supervision in dealing with their medications and do not have a relative or friend nearby who can assist them.
